1. 1. Consolidated Financial Reporting
- Own the end-to-end preparation and review of Group Consolidated Financial Statements under Ind AS/IFRS, as applicable.
- Own the end-to-end preparation and review of Group Consolidated Financial Statements under Ind AS/IFRS, as applicable.
- Lead quarterly, half-yearly and annual consolidation, including consolidation adjustments, inter-company eliminations, business combinations and other complex accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and Group accounting policies.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and other assurance partners on consolidated financial reporting and complex accounting matters.
- Drive timely closure of monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
2. Business Finance Reporting – AMC, Private Wealth & Private Equity
- Provide independent finance review and oversight of financial reporting for the Group's key businesses:

- Private Equity / Alternates
- Review business-level P&L;, balance sheet, revenue recognition, expenses, provisions, accruals and key financial metrics.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of business reporting with statutory financial statements and Group reporting requirements
- Review business-specific accounting matters, including fund management income, performance/carry income, investment accounting, management fees, distribution income, valuation-related matters and other complex financial transactions, as relevant.
- Partner with business finance teams to identify financial reporting issues, trends and potential risks
1. 3. Business Reporting & MIS
- Oversee preparation and review of management reporting and business MIS for senior management and Group leadership.

- Establish robust reporting frameworks covering revenue, profitability, cost, AUM, client/business metrics and other relevant KPIs.
- Provide meaningful analysis of business performance, including actual vs. budget, actual vs. prior period and key drivers of variances.
- Work with business heads to ensure financial and non-financial business metrics are appropriately aligned and reconciled with financial reporting.
- Drive standardisation of reporting formats and definitions across businesses.
1. 4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management.
- Lead and develop the financial controllership and reporting team across consolidation, business finance and reporting functions.

- Work closely with Group FC, business CEOs/heads, auditors, tax, treasury, risk, internal audit, technology and other corporate functions.
- Establish solid review mechanisms and accountability across finance teams.
- Develop finance talent with a focus on technical accounting, business understanding, analytical capability and leadership.
1. 5. Regulatory & Statutory Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory, regulatory and management reporting requirements across relevant Group entities.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax teams, regulators and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure financial reporting remains aligned with applicable Companies Act, Ind AS, SEBI, RBI and other regulatory requirements, depending on the relevant entity/business.
