Role Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale mobile campaigns across global markets. The role involves building strong affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue through CPI, CPA, and CPL models.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns focused on mobile (Android & iOS)Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishersDrive high-quality traffic for mobile app campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL)Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROI, retention, and conversionsCoordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Media Buying, Sales) for campaign executionNegotiate payouts, margins,



and deal terms with affiliatesAnalyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performanceEnsure fraud detection and maintain traffic quality standardsStay updated with market trends, new traffic sources, and competitor activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on mobile campaignsStrong network of affiliates, publishers, and media partnersHands-on experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)Good understanding of mobile attribution, tracking links, and postbacksStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign dataExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
