In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Oracle Fusion functional configuration and AI-powered automation, contributing to the design and delivery of intelligent, agent-based solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and HR/Payroll domains.This position is a key contributor to our Oracle AI Agent Studio delivery capability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional configuration and solution design for Oracle Fusion modules across SCM, Finance, and HCM/PayrollTranslate complex business processes into Oracle AI Agent Studio tool definitions, workflows, and configurationsDesign and validate BIP reports, REST API payloads, and ORDS-ready data specifications for agent-based integrationsConduct requirement gathering workshops, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis with client stakeholdersDefine and document agent use cases, data flows, and test scenarios for AI-driven automation solutionsCollaborate with Oracle technical consultants to ensure accurate implementation of functional specificationsSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution,



and knowledge transfer to client teamsStay updated with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and Oracle AI Agent Studio enhancementsRequired Skills & Experience7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementationsStrong functional expertise in at least two of the following areas:Procurement / Supply Chain Management (SCM)Finance (AP / AR / GL)Human Capital Management (HCM) / PayrollExperience in Oracle BIP report development and understanding of Fusion REST APIsFamiliarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio or robust ability to quickly learn agent configuration toolsUnderstanding of Oracle Fusion data models, security concepts (data roles, BPM), and ESS job scheduling/submissionStrong documentation, analytical, and client communication skillsExperience in end-to-end project lifecycle delivery (requirements to UAT)Nice to HaveExposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion integration patternsExperience with ORDS REST services or Fusion customization using PL/SQLExposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystemOracle Cloud certifications in relevant Fusion modules
