Project Manager – Modular Kitchens & WardrobesCompany: Novella KitchensLocation: Gurugram, HaryanaEmployment Type: Full-time | On-siteExperience: 4–8 yearsAbout Novella KitchensNovella Kitchens is a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe company based in Gurugram, specializing in customized kitchens, wardrobes and interior furniture.With our own manufacturing facility and a strong focus on quality, design and execution, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from final design approval through production, delivery and installation.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every modular kitchen and wardrobe project is executed smoothly, accurately and on schedule.You will coordinate between clients, designers, sales, factory/production, vendors and installation teams and ensure that the final installation matches the approved design and specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution Take complete ownership of assigned kitchen and wardrobe projects.Prepare project execution plans and timelines.Coordinate project activities from design freeze to final handover.Track project milestones, dependencies and installation schedules.Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.Site Coordination Conduct site visits and verify measurements and site conditions.Coordinate with clients, contractors, electricians, plumbers and other site teams.Identify site-related issues before production and installation.Ensure site readiness before material dispatch and installation.Design & Production Coordination Review approved designs,



drawings, measurements, BOQs and specifications.Coordinate with the design team to clarify technical requirements.Coordinate with the factory regarding production requirements and timelines.Ensure the manufactured modules, shutters, hardware and accessories match approved specifications.Identify discrepancies before dispatch wherever possible.Installation Management Coordinate delivery and installation teams.Supervise installation quality and finishing.Ensure correct positioning and installation of cabinets, shutters, hardware, accessories and appliances.Resolve installation-related issues efficiently.Conduct snag checks and coordinate rectification before final handover.Client Management Act as the primary project contact for clients after project confirmation.Provide regular project updates to clients.Handle project-related queries and coordinate resolutions.Manage expectations regarding timelines, site readiness and execution.Ensure a professional client experience through project completion.Documentation & Reporting Maintain project schedules and status reports.Track pending decisions, site issues, materials and installations.Maintain project checklists and handover documentation.Escalate delays,



quality issues or cost-impacting changes to management.What We Are Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, interior execution, furniture or residential interiors .Strong understanding of modular furniture and site execution.Ability to read and understand kitchen/wardrobe drawings.Valuable knowledge of measurements, materials, hardware and installation processes.Strong project coordination and follow-up skills.Good communication and client-handling ability.Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Comfortable with frequent site visits within Gurgaon/NCR.Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in companies dealing with:Modular kitchensModular wardrobesResidential interiorsCustom furnitureKitchen installationKey Performance Indicators Projects completed within committed timelinesInstallation and execution qualityReduction in site errors and reworkEffective coordination between design, production and installationClient satisfactionTimely project updates and issue resolutionWhy Join Novella Kitchens?
