Summary:The Indus HRIS Senior Associate (Oracle HCM Integrations) supports the design, delivery, and ongoing operations of HR technology integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and downstream platforms (e.g., payroll, benefits, identity and access management, time, learning, finance, data/analytics, and third-party vendors). This role focuses on integration intake, requirements translation, mapping, testing, deployment coordination, and production support to ensure secure, accurate, and timely employee data movement across systems. The position partners closely with HRIS functional leads, IT/integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions and improve data quality and process automation.Responsibilities:Integration Delivery & EnhancementsSupport end-to-end integration delivery between Oracle HCM and downstream applications, including requirements gathering, data mapping, design inputs, testing, and release coordination.Translate HR/process needs into integration requirements, including interface triggers, data dependencies, transformation rules, and validation criteria.Partner with technical resources (internal IT, integration team, vendors) to implement and enhance integrations using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based interfaces (SFTP, CSV/XML).Contribute to integration strategies that reduce manual effort and improve reliability (e.g., automation, standardization, reusable mapping logic).Data Quality, Controls & ReconciliationMonitor integration outcomes and execute data reconciliation (source-to-target validation, counts, exceptions, and trend analysis).Investigate and resolve interface defects and data issues (e.g., missing fields, incorrect mappings, downstream rejects).Help define and document data governance controls, such as validation checks, audit trails, and secure handling of sensitive data.Testing & Release ManagementExecute test plans, including SIT/UAT support,



regression testing, and validation of end-to-end scenarios.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness, including cutover steps, backout plans, and post-deployment monitoring.Maintain defect logs and drive issue resolution through to closure, including clear root cause documentation and prevention recommendations.Production Support & Operational ExcellenceProvide operational support for integrations, including incident triage, service request fulfillment, and participation in on-call/escalation as needed.Maintain integration runbooks, interface catalogs, and documentation (data dictionaries, mapping specs, flow diagrams, and support procedures).Identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues through automation, monitoring, and proactive alerting.Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications:3+ years of experience in HRIS/HR technology with a strong focus on integrations and data movement.Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and HR data domains (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Security/Identity, Recruiting, Learning).Understanding of integration methods and patterns such as:o APIs (REST/SOAP), web serviceso File-based integrations (SFTP, CSV, XML)o ETL and data transformation conceptsDemonstrated ability to perform data mapping, reconciliation, and defect/root cause analysis.Experience working in an SDLC/Agile or hybrid delivery environment with formal testing and release practices.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle HCM integration tools:HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBIExperience integrating Oracle HCM with systems such as payroll providers, advantages platforms, IAM (e.g., Azure AD/Okta), time/attendance, learning, finance, or data warehouse/ODS.Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), change management, and environment promotion practices.· Knowledge of HR compliance and privacy considerations (PII protection, role-based access, auditability
