you will have the opportunity to:Provide support to MSP clients, staffing partners, and program office teamsUtilize a variety of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) technologiesEvaluate in processes and procedures for MSP operationsEnter all Help Desk calls and/or email inquiries into the MSP Help Desk applicationAssist with other dynamic duties, as assigned by the Support Services Manager .

Quality Requirements :Support MSP quality initiatives by managing all Help Desk activities for each engagement in compliance with MSP defined procedures and SLA'sInitiate actions to prevent defectsIdentify and record any problems related to product, process and quality systems within the Help Desk applicationInitiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channelsVerify the implementation of solutionsMonitor further processing until defects have been corrected.

Knowledge of:Help desk ticketing systemsStaffing, MSP, or contingent workforce.

Ability to:Articulate clearly through written and verbal communicationProblem solve and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external managementWork with MSP cross-functional team members.

Other:Exceptional customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationDesire to learn and grow technical skillsMinimum of 1-3 years of Technical Customer Service experience requiredVMS experience (Fieldglass, Beeline & VNDLY) and Help Desk Application experience preferredMicrosoft Office Excel and Word intermediate skillsBachelor's Degree preferred.
