You call them, understand what they are trying to sell, show them what LaunchMyStore can do, and get them started. This is a conversation, not a script read. you will do well here.What You Will DoCall and follow up with inbound and outbound leads every dayUnderstand each merchant's business and match them to the right planRun product walkthroughs and answer questions with confidenceClose deals and hit monthly targetsKeep your pipeline and call notes clean in the CRMBring feedback from your calls back to the product teamWhat We Are Looking For1+ year in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead conversionGenuinely good on a call: clear, warm, easy to talk toFluent in English and HindiHandles objections calmly instead of getting flusteredSelf-driven.
