Solution Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform

Job Description

As a Solution Developer, you will be responsible for understanding, designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and Azure DevOps.

The role involves hands-on development across Dynamics 365 applications including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations (Project Service Automation), and Marketing, along with CRM customization, integrations, automation, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE/CRM applications.
- Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations and Marketing applications.
- Perform hands-on OOB CRM customization and configuration, including:
- Entities/Tables
- Fields
- Forms
- Views
- Relationships
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Business Process Flows
- Security Roles
- Dashboards
- Business Units
- Solutions
- Ribbon/Sitemap customization

- Develop and maintain C# plugins and custom workflow activities.
- Develop JavaScript/Xrm client-side customizations for Dynamics 365 forms and business processes.
- Configure and develop Power Apps, particularly Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop Power Automate flows for business process automation, notifications, approvals, and integrations.
- Design and implement technical interfaces and integrations with other applications.
- Work with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory for application and data integration.
- Work with Azure PaaS services and Microsoft cloud technologies.




- Use Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for solution development and deployment.
- Manage solution deployment across development, testing/UAT, and production environments.
- Create technical design documents, program specifications, test plans, and technical documentation.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, defect fixing, UAT support, and production support.
- Participate in data migration and data validation activities.
- Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, alerts, and production incidents.
- Support application monitoring, maintenance, and infrastructure-related troubleshooting.
- Work closely with solution architects, technical experts, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure development follows coding and architectural best practices.
- Support the design of system architectures and technical solutions in collaboration with architects.
- Work with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones, including Europe.
- Contribute to additional Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives as required.

- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform/Azure certifications are an advantage.
