- Provide expert advice on luxury beauty products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs.
- Manage counter sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, handling customer queries, and making recommendations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service, building trust and loyalty over time.
- Maintain store appearance standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
- 1-15 years of experience in retail sales or related field (apparel, fashion, fragrance, jewelry).
- Robust understanding of luxury brands and trends in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
