Senior Executive Operations | Sort Center

Role Summary

Own and manage an assigned department within the Sort Center , ensuring smooth end-to-end operations, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, manpower utilization, and timely execution of daily business plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned department and manage daily shift operations.

- Lead the team and ensure effective manpower deployment, productivity, and performance .

- Plan resources and capacity based on volume/CAP fluctuations and operational requirements.

- Monitor key metrics including SLA, CPT, productivity, quality, throughput and process adherence .

- Ensure adherence to SOP, safety, quality, compliance and audit standards .

- Identify operational gaps, conduct RCA , and drive corrective/preventive actions.

- Drive process improvement, Kaizen and cost optimization initiatives.

- Manage shift handovers, daily reviews and operational escalations .





- Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of shipments.

- Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, training and team performance .

- Ensure timely resolution of customer, vehicle and operational escalations .

- Maintain a protected, disciplined and positive workplace while driving team engagement and ownership.

Experience

25 years in Sort Center / Warehouse / Logistics / Fulfilment Operations with experience in department or shift management and team leadership .
