Role & responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering/software teams, project management, supply chain, product certification etc.
- Facilitate alignment between multidisciplinary teams, local leadership and global product group teams to ensure cohesive execution of project and business goals.
- Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate decision making across teams
- Process & Quality Improvement
- Continuous improvement and development of processes and tools for productivity improvement and quality assurance
- Support a culture of innovation by continuously exploring opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness through AI-enabled solutions.
- Talent Developing
- Build an inclusive and encouraging workplace for employees within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning to the vision of global product group
- Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP
- Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified and skilled talent.
- Motivate, empower, and develop the team
- Actively participate in and implement the group level resource planning process




- Develop and manage budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure, talent development

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering
- Total 15+Years experience. 8+ years of experience in leadership (including engineering, project management, cross functional team management)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or programs.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that develop new products
- Experience with Stage gated development processes
- Experience with Agile Product Development, e.g., SCRUM, TDD, XP
- Knowledge and experience of New Product Development staged gate processes
- Experience in high-growth, product-driven companies.
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed team
