Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced safety professional from a discrete manufacturing environment (Automotive, Auto Components, EV, Engineering, Industrial Machinery, etc.) to lead plant safety initiatives and drive a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead plant safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Drive Machine Safety, Machine Guarding, LOTO, PTW, and Risk Assessment initiatives.
- Conduct HIRA, incident investigations, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, DISH, Fire, PESO, and environmental regulations.
- Lead contractor safety management, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
- Drive ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 management systems and safety audits.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance,



and Engineering teams to improve shop-floor safety performance.

Preferred Experience

- Automotive / Auto Components / EV Manufacturing
- Press Shop, Welding, Assembly, Machining Operations
- Robotics & Automation Safety
- Machine Risk Assessment and Safety Controls

Ideal Profile

- 12+ years of experience in Plant Safety / EHS.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing operations and machine safety.
- Experience in LOTO, HIRA, incident investigation, statutory compliance, and team leadership.
- ADIS / PDIS / Industrial Safety qualification preferred.
