We're Hiring | HR Business Partner (BFSI experience preferred)

Location: Malad/ Ghansoli

Working Days: 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

Shift: Rotational Shifts (includes night shift)

CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA

Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner with business teams and managers to understand workforce and employee-related requirements
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, activities and communication across teams
- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation
- Support employee lifecycle - transfers, exit formalities, etc.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as an HRBP
- Experience in a BFSI industry preferred
- Employee relationship and grievance-handling skills
- Positive understanding of HR policies
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
