Job Title / Role: Project Manager

Dept : NPD - Super Premium

Location: Hosur

Purpose of the Role : To deliver new products, variants, and upgrades that meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets for the assigned customer segment. The role ensures timely execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with business goals to enhance market competitiveness.

Education Qualification:

BE Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Electrical / Electronics/ Automotive / Production

PG VLFM / MBA / ME or M.Tech or M.S etc in above said fields

Required Experience:

BE 10 - 15 Years

PG 7 - 10 years

Experience in NPD area

RoleDescription

Create and develop new products, upgrades, refresh as per NPI process aligning to customer segment and business units for domestic and international market Understand customers /markets and develop project plan aligning to segment product ladder and business requirements Ensure customers satisfaction/delight by delivering Target quality and improve TGR/NPS Achieve Target material cost and improve contribution of existing and current products. Engg change management tracking, reporting getting approvals from Design APEX body / relevant stakeholders Arrive product concept in term of QCD Facilitate CFT team for achieving project KPIs conflict resolution Deployment of target cost,



quality-RDML targets to system level and part level Stake holder management of functions like RD COC, Quality, Production engineering, supply chain, Software development, Marketing Service Adopt digital dashboards for project QCD status and transparency Project Budget Resource estimation, planning and control Complete project gates obtain stakeholders approval Maintain Risk Register mitigate risks Deliver proejct as per production ramp up requirement with help form project CFT
