Position: Structure Engineer. Location: Ahmedabad office. Job Type: Full-Time. Experience: 1 to 4 Years. Qualifications: M.E./M.Tech Structure.

We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our firm. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible fordesigning, analysing, and ensuring the safety and stability of various structures. You will work on a range of projects,including residential, Industrial buildings, bridges, Ports, and other infrastructure projects. Your expertise in structuralengineering principles and your ability to create innovative and efficient designs will be essential in deliveringsuccessful projects.

Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and efficient structural designs for various projects, considering factors such as structuralintegrity, stability, durability, and safety.
- Utilize engineering principles, STAAD Pro, ETAB, CAD software, and mathematical calculations to create detailed structural plans.
- Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of existing structures to assess their condition, identify potential weaknesses or structural issues, and recommend appropriate repairs or modifications.
- Ensure that all structural designs and construction projects comply with relevant building codes (IS, BS, EN, ACI and others applicable), regulations, and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international codes and guidelines related to structural engineering.
- Work closely with architects, Associates, and other professionals to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordination and seamless execution of projects.
- Manage and oversee structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.




- Monitor project progress, resolve any technical issues that may arise, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and review design reports, drawings, and specifications related to structural designs.
- Create detailed documentation that includes calculations, material specifications, and construction details.
- Perform structural analysis and testing to verify the integrity and performance of designs.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that construction materials and techniques meet required standards.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with structural designs and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct structural simulations and analyze data to assess the behaviour of structures under various conditions.
- Stay updated with advances in structural engineering technologies, materials, and design techniques.
- Interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Effectively communicate complex engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proficient in using structural engineering software like STAAD Pro, ETAB and CAD tools.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes (IS, BS, EN, ACI and others), regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
