- Primary filtering/Sourcing
- Collect all details of candidate
- Schedule and co-ordinate interviews with candidate and interview panel
- Complete onboarding process
- Having more than 3 years of cumulative experience on technology i.e. SFDC / SAP / Oracle / Full Stack
- Should have closed more than 10 positions in one of the above technologies
- Should have positive network on candidates
- Result oriented and who can commit for long period with same company
