Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Salesforce instances, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute test plans for recent features and releases in the sandbox environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes.
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in Salesforce administration or testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
- Experience with Sandbox Testing
