Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing at the salon counter.
- Maintain and update technician rosters, appointments, and schedules.
- Manage the salons petty cash.
- Maintain accurate accounting of business activities.
- Welcome guests, understand their requirements, guide them on suitable services/products, and ensure excellent guest service.
- Manage and supervise the team of technicians.
- Handle salon inventory management.
- Optimize and control operating costs.
- Ensure salon hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Drive and achieve salon business targets.
