Role Summary

Manage an assigned department within a Fulfillment Center / Sort Center , ensuring smooth shift operations, productivity, quality, SLA adherence, and manpower utilization.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operations of the assigned department/shift .

- Plan and deploy manpower based on volume and operational requirements.

- Monitor productivity, SLA, CPT, throughput, quality, and process adherence .

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, quality, and audit standards .

- Track operational performance through MIS, dashboards, and daily reports .

- Identify operational gaps, conduct RCA , and drive corrective actions.

- Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams for smooth shipment flow.

- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Support team training, engagement,



and performance management .

- Drive process improvements and maintain a protected, disciplined, and productive workplace.

Experience

13 years of experience in Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, or similar high-volume operations.
