Role Overview Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, policy development, team management, and organizational effectiveness while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and talent management.

• Develop HR policies, systems, and standardized processes.

• Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance, and development.

• Lead the HR & Admin team and oversee administration, budgets, and expenses.

Key Skills & Competencies





• Robust strategic HR and organizational development skills.

• Leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.

• Expertise in HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.

• Knowledge of performance management and employee engagement. • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and HR analytics.
