Assistant Manager Operations

Role Summary

Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce E-commerce operations , driving smooth execution, KPI performance, customer experience, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Quick Commerce E-commerce operations and ensure business continuity.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.

- Monitor orders, inventory, delivery performance, and customer issues .

- Track key KPIs, MIS, productivity, SLA, and operational performance .

- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions and process improvements .

- Handle operational and customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Support current store/location launches, expansion, and operational readiness .





- Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, quality, and compliance standards .

- Drive effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
