- Manage daily last-mile delivery and dispatch operations.
- Monitor shipment allocation, delivery performance, and closure.
- Manage and coordinate delivery executives/riders.
- Ensure timely delivery and minimize pending/undelivered shipments.
- Track key operational metrics such as productivity, SLA, RTO, and delivery success rate.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Plan manpower and ensure proper rider attendance and productivity.
- Coordinate with hub, customer support, and other teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily operational reports and performance trackers.
