Job Summary

Own end-to-end Odoo project delivery - planning, sprint cadence, risk management, resourcing, and executive reporting. Youll translate client business processes into Odoo configurations and lead cross-functional Odoo experts through implementation.

Responsibilities

- Build and run detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews with the technical team
- Identify project risks and own mitigation plans
- Map end-user requirements to standard Odoo functionality; oversee configuration, integrations, training, and supplier setup
- Present executive summaries and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

- Functional depth across Supply Chain,



Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Accounting
- Solid leadership, conflict-management, and stress-handling under tight timelines
- Risk-management understanding; excellent written + verbal communication
- PMP / PRINCE2 a plus
