The Assistant Manager - Business Insights will assist in leading and managing projects aimed at improving business processes and systems. This role involves working closely with different departments to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

- Opportunity identification on the ground: Continuously scan the operations to surface improvement avenues, inefficiencies, and performance gaps, and maintain a prioritized pipeline of opportunities backed by data and operational evidence.
- Problem framing: Partner with the account team and functional owners to convert vague asks and observed pain points into sharp, scoped problem statements with clear business impact and decision needs.
- Diagnostics & root-cause analysis: Run structured deep dives using data analysis, process walkthroughs, floor observation, segmentation, and Lean Six Sigma methods to move from symptoms to underlying drivers.
- Analysis & optimization: Build and maintain the analysis that drives decisions on the account - performance trends, driver analysis, and scenario comparisons - and translate findings into concrete optimization actions.
- Data & analytical quality: Validate data availability, definitions,



and reliability; reconcile conflicting sources; document assumptions and limitations; and assure the accuracy and reproducibility of analytical outputs.
- Solution enablement & implementation support: Shape practical recommendations and support their implementation on the ground - coordinating owners, timelines, and dependencies so improvements are actually executed.
- Commercial & account insight: Connect findings to account economics - productivity, cost-to-serve, SLA/KPI exposure, quality, and client-impact implications.
- Technology & process enablement: Identify where recurring problems can be addressed through dashboards, trackers, automation, or process redesign; define clear requirements and partner with development resources on delivery.
- Adoption & impact tracking: Establish baselines, track adoption and action closure, and measure before/after business impact so improvements stick and perks are evidenced.
- Reporting & decision support: Translate analysis into concise, decision-ready narratives and flags for account reviews and for the Assistant Manager / Manager, Business Insights.
