Your future duties and responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Support & Administration Specialist with 46 years of hands on experience in providing L2/L3 production support and continuous Run the Bank (RTB) development. The ideal candidate will work across multiple SAP modules (Security ECC, BCS, BPS, GRC) to ensure seamless user administration, robust access governance, and strict compliance for a leading global financial services provider.

Key Responsibilities:
. Provide robust L2/L3 Production Support and continuous development for Run the Bank (RTB) operations across multiple SAP modules.
. Manage the end to end user lifecycle, including user onboarding, modifications, offboarding, and role administration.
. Authorize and manage the QUEST Superior mailbox efficiently.
. Handle gatekeeper revocations and conduct timely access recertifications.
. Generate daily delta profiles and monthly full profiles to ensure accurate user provisioning and up to date access control.
. Analyze, troubleshoot,



and resolve authorization errors to minimize system access issues.
. Enhance roles by integrating SAP Fiori tiles to improve user experience and interface functionality.
. Perform weekly operational tasks to maintain overall system integrity and compliance.
. Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and consistently achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless day to day operations.

Must Have:

. 46 years of hands on experience in SAP Security and GRC administration.
. Strong experience in SAP Security ECC, BCS, BPS, and GRC modules.
. Proficiency in role and user administration, user provisioning, and profile generation.
. Solid experience in managing QUEST Superior mailboxes, gatekeeper revocations, and access recertifications.
. Proven track record in handling L2/L3 Production Support in an enterprise environment.
. Hands on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP authorization errors.
. Strong understanding of SLA tracking and maintaining high quality delivery standards.
. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have

. Exposure to change management and ticketing tools such as CHARM and JIRA.
. Experience in integrating and configuring SAP Fiori tiles within security roles.
