Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP CO implementations including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and activity-based costing.
- Analyze and design controlling processes to align SAP CO functionalities with business requirements.
- Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Project Systems, and Production teams to integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, prepare detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Support system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues related to controlling processes to ensure accuracy in cost allocation and reporting.
- Offer expert guidance on controlling reporting, cost management, profitability analysis, and financial transparency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies in all CO processes.





Preferred candidate profile

- experience in SAP Controlling (CO) implementations and support.
- Deep understanding of cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, activity-based costing, product costing, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and overhead management.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA CO module implementation and migration preferred.
- Solid knowledge of integration points between SAP CO and FI, MM, PP, and PS modules.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing controlling reports using SAP standard tools and report painter/writer.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong business process orientation.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and training abilities.
- Ability to lead workshops, prepare documentation, and liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
