Cult.fit offers both online and offline experiences across fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing all across India and now are present in 130+ locations across Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad. We are now standing at 600+ and many more to come!

Gym - Sales and Operations Sales/Revenue:

- Drive offline sales at centers to deliver revenue targets on a regular basis
- Work with the central offline sales team to plan and execute initiatives at the center
- Represent data on excel, and use data to report and review performance
- Regular governance at business unit and execute interventions
- Work on conversion and lead generation activities at the center through center managers Operations:
- Implement and drive adherence to the prescribed SOPs
- Ensure uniformity in experience across company and franchise operated Cult Gym setups




- Handle conflicts and escalations (Internal and External) within specified timelines to ensure seamless operations
- Conducting audits and spend time on-ground to ensure that the facilities are always new and always functional
- ensure high center & equipment maintenance standards by working with on ground and facilities teams
- Seamlessly roll out recent operations processes by being the bridge between central and on ground teams People:
- Responsible for ensuring that the resourcing/hiring is in line with the design number (CMs and Trainers)
- Regular Performance management, mentoring and coaching of the team
- Constantly share feedback received from members and trainers with central teams
- Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) to unblock and problem solve for issues wherever necessary
- Lead by example and champion a positive work environment at the ground level.
