We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive HR initiatives across the assigned region. The role will focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring effective execution of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with regional business leaders to understand business requirements and provide effective HR solutions.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and workforce deployment in line with business requirements.
- Monitor employee productivity, performance, and people-related metrics.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across the region.
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns in a timely manner.
- Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and HR policy implementation.
- Identify talent gaps and support succession planning and internal movements.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams for timely closure of manpower requirements.




- Track and analyze attrition, hiring, onboarding, productivity, and employee engagement metrics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal processes.
- Conduct regular branch/office visits and maintain strong connect with employees and business teams.
- Support business leaders in handling people-related challenges and organizational changes.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards and key people metrics to senior management.
