We are looking for a Desktop / Field Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support across branches within the assigned cluster. The role will involve troubleshooting desktops, laptops, network connectivity, printers, POS/kiosk systems and other IT devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop, laptop and end-user IT support at branch locations.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software and basic system-related issues.
- Provide basic support for iOS devices, including configuration and common troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Provide technical support for POS machines and kiosk hardware.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of biometric attendance devices and CCTV systems.
- Identify and resolve hardware/software issues or coordinate with the relevant technical/vendor teams where required.
- Maintain records of incidents, troubleshooting activities and resolutions.
- Travel between local branches within the assigned cluster for on-site support.




- Ensure timely resolution of branch-level IT issues and provide valuable end-user support.
- Two Wheeler Mandatory

Required Skills

- 6 Months 2 Years of experience in Desktop Support / Hardware Support / Field IT Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop/laptop troubleshooting.
- Basic working knowledge of iOS devices and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing and basic networking.
- Hands-on experience with printers, POS systems, kiosks and IT peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of biometric attendance systems and CCTV troubleshooting.
- Good communication and user-handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently at branch locations.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally between branches is mandatory.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in branch support, banking, retail or multi-location IT support will be preferred.
