Role Overview

Coupang's recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang's leadership principles and corporate culture.

What You Will Do





- Recruit talent for Coupang's rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization.
- Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting. Understand targets and fulfill hiring objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of total experience
- Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
- Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive

Preferred Qualifications

- General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance / legal / HR / logistics / e-commerce / tech
- Experience of hiring talent as an interviewer or a hiring manager
- Experience of working or hiring within a start-up environment

Type of work model

- Hybrid / Onsite / Remote working

Our Hybrid work model: Coupang hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration that acts a catalyst to enrich the experience of employees. Employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, depending on the role requirement. Some businesses may require more time in office due to nature of work.
