As a Level 2 Software Engineer, youwill be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintainingsoftware applications. You will work closely with other members of the softwaredevelopment team to ensure that software applications meet businessrequirements and user needs.

1.1 Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications:

o Developing softwareapplications using programming languages and tools.

o Participating in Design

o Ensuring that softwareapplications meet functional requirements and are reliable.

o Developing and executingsoftware unit test plans.

- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues:

o Identifying and fixing complexbugs in software applications.

o Providing technical support toend-users.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams:

o Working with other teams suchas product management, quality assurance, and user experience to ensure thatsoftware applications meet business requirements and user needs.

o Communicating effectively withteam members and stakeholders.

- Participating in code reviews and contributing to the codebase:

o Reviewing code written by otherteam members, offering feedback, and contributing to the codebase as needed.

o Ensuring that code meets codingstandards and best practices.

- Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies:

o Keeping up to date withemerging trends and technologies in the software development industry.

o Making recommendations forimprovements to existing software applications and processes.

- Participate in Design Documentation:

o Documenting software design,patterns,



and key decisions ensuring that they are clear and concise and can beeasily understood by other team members.

o Ensuring that documentation isup to date.

- Adhering to agreed coding standards and best practices:

o Adhering to agreed codingstandards and best practices, ensuring that software applications are developedin a consistent and high-quality manner.

o Contributing to the developmentand implementation of coding standards and best practices.

1.2 Mandatory skills

4+ years of frontend development experience and in React.js.

Robust command over JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals and advanced:

Proficiency in TypeScript for type safety and maintainable code.

Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).

Knowledge of REST APIs and client-side caching.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Strong understanding of performance optimization and rendering efficiency.

Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

AI Engineering: Hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI and AI coding assistants in frontend development, including LLM/API integration, prompt engineering, AI-generated code validation, automated test generation, debugging, and development productivity. Working knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and common AI application patterns.

1.3 Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

- 4-6 years of experience in software development.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
