Job description

We are seeking experienced Senior Process Specialist - Patient Injury (PI) with in-depth knowledge of U.S. medical billing processes.

Role & responsibilities

- Job Title: Senior Process Specialist - Patient Injury (PI)
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years (or 5+ years)
- Location: Avadi(Work From Office)
- Joining: Immediate
- Shift: Night Shift
- Night Shift( Transportation: No cab facility provided candidates must arrange their own commute)

Role & responsibilities

Role Focus:

- Claim processing, payment posting, and patient account follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage assigned PI/WC accounts and cases.
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls with patients, attorneys, law firms, insurance carriers, adjusters, providers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze case information and identify missing or inconsistent documentation.
- Coordinate with attorney offices regarding patient claims, medical records, liens, settlement updates, and outstanding balances.




- Coordinate with insurance companies/adjusters regarding claim status, authorization, payment, denial, and pending requirements.
- Manage follow-up queues and ensure no case becomes inactive due to missed follow-up.
- Support junior analysts/callers with process clarification and difficult calls.

Core Skills Needed:

- In Depth knowledge of US healthcare RCM, good phone communication, and attention to detail.
