Role & responsibilities
Position: CASA Sales / Relationship Manager
Role:
- Acquire new Current & Savings Accounts (CASA) through open-market sales.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Loans, Insurance, FD/RD, Credit Cards, etc.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in CASA / Banking Sales / Relationship Management.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong local market knowledge and willingness to work in field sales.
- Graduation mandatory.
