Key Responsibilities
- Daily MIS & Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain daily Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Perform rigorous financial reconciliation between policy issuance data and accounting records to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Reinsurance - Treaty Share Calculation: Execute accurate calculations for Treaty Reinsurance Determine the specific share of premiums and liabilities to be allocated to reinsurers based on active treaty wordings (Quota Share, Surplus, etc.).
- Renewal MIS Management:
- Lead the creation of the monthly renewal base, identifying all policies set to expire.
- Active tracking of renewal conversion rates to monitor business retention.
- Generate insights on "lost" vs. "retained" business to support management strategy.
