The selected candidate will be responsible for the sheet business in MP & Chattisgarh. The key responsibilities include:

- Providing product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information on demand.

- Offering product quotes and actively utilizing value-selling tools and skills.

- Appointing new channel partners and retailers.

- Mapping the territory and actively engaging with end-users/printers to generate business.

- Maximizing secondary sales in the given territory by visiting Digital & Offset printers.

- Conducting promotional activities.

- Achieving sales as per the plan and arranging payment.

- Participating in recent product development with NPD.

- Resolving complaints with the technical team and ensuring quality standards.

- Conducting new product trials.

- Monitoring competitor activities.

- The candidate will take care of Gujarat territory. Qualifications

Qualifications: Graduation (MBA is Preferred)

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

- Demonstrated expertise in account strategy formulation, value selling,



and commercial negotiations.

- Solid financial acumen with proficiency in sales forecasting, margin analysis, and market data interpretation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer wiring.

- Experience navigating complex client challenges and managing cross-functional solution delivery.

- High degree of agility and adaptability to navigate market shifts and evolving customer needs.

- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
