Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive work permit system for high-risk operations.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
- Provide training on industrial safety procedures, emergency response plans, and fire safety protocols.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) or related field.
- Robust knowledge of accident investigation, risk identification, HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), and work permit systems.
- Proficiency in implementing EHS management principles and practices.
