Position Details

- Job Title: Store Incharge
- Location: Project Site any where in India
- Coverage: Multiple project sites across India
- Department: Supply Chain / Stores
- Reporting To: Head SCM / COO

Role Summary

We are hiring a Store Incharge to centrally manage store operations, dispatches, inventory records, and material documentation for multiple project sites across India. The role will ensure timely dispatch, stock visibility, compliance documents, warranty support, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage site-wise stock and inventory records in ERP/MIS
- Coordinate dispatches and transporter follow-up across India
- Maintain e-way bills, challans, LR/GR, PODs, invoices
- Support insurance claims, warranty replacements, and transit damage cases
- Coordinate unloading, shifting, and site material receipt




- Generate MIS reports for stock, transit, shortages, and claims
- Support monthly stock reconciliation and audits

Candidate Requirement

- Mandatory: Candidate must be from a Solar Energy / Solar EPC background
- Must have strong understanding of solar project equipment and materials
- Hands-on knowledge of key items including modules, inverters, MMS, cables, transformers, RMU, structures, and BOS materials
- Experience: 5 years in stores / logistics / dispatch
- Industry: Solar EPC / Electrical / Infra preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP, Excel, e-way bill, stock audit, and logistics documentation
- Experience in pan-India multi-site material movement
- Valuable working knowledge of MS excel.
