Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ICU, NICU, and general wards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families.
Job Requirements :
- GNM or equivalent degree in nursing from a recognized institution.
- 0-5 years of experience in midwifery or nursing profession.
- Solid knowledge of ICU/NICU protocols and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
