Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing and managing residential buildings, ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and supervise residential building construction projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and verify material quality on-site.




- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or site issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- RequirementsBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered).

Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in residential construction or building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
- Robust knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
