Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented finance skilled to lead and

oversee the Accounts & Finance function for entire group

. The incumbent will be responsible for

managing financial operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, cash flow planning, reporting, and

ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee accounting operations across all business brands and branches within the region.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Reconciliation & Controls

Manage OEM reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.

Ensure periodic branch account reconciliations and corrective actions where required.

Oversee bank reconciliations and maintain proper cash management controls.

Receivables & Payables Management

Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections and minimize outstanding dues.

Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) processes, vendor payments, and compliance with payment

terms.

Strengthen internal controls for AR and AP management.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure accurate preparation and filing of GST returns within prescribed timelines.

Maintain compliance with all applicable statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with government authorities when required and handle compliance-related matters.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Lead funds planning activities and monitor organizational cash flow.

Optimize working capital through effective treasury management.

Ensure adequate liquidity for operational requirements.

Inventory Management

Monitor inventory accounting, controls, and reconciliation processes.





Ensure proper handling and control of inventory (INF) across locations.

Coordinate with operations to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize variances.

Work Experience: 15-25 Years

Budgeting & Cost Control

Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning processes.

Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances.

Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.

Audit Coordination

Act as the primary coordinator for internal and statutory audits.

Ensure timely submission of audit requirements and implementation of audit recommendations.

Strengthen compliance and internal control frameworks.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor regional finance and accounts teams.

Establish performance standards and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

12–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the Automobile / Dealership

industry.

Strong knowledge of GST, financial controls, audit processes, treasury management, and ERP

systems.

Experience in handling multi-location accounting operations will be preferred.
