Job Title:

Business Analyst (Finance Transformation & Process Automation)

Role Summary

Responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for finance and operations transformation initiatives. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to streamline invoice processing, payment workflows, bookkeeping processes, GL coding, and operational workflows through automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyse current (AS-IS) processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define future-state (TO-BE) processes aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and SIPOC documents
- Document business rules, process exceptions, and operational scenarios

Process Improvement & Automation

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement intelligent automation solutions.
- Support AI and digital transformation initiatives across finance operations.

Stakeholder Management





- Facilitate discussions with business users, SMEs, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Lead requirement clarification and solution walkthrough sessions.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), action trackers, and status updates.
- Manage stakeholder feedback and drive requirement sign-offs.

Solution Design & Documentation

- Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating models.
- Ensure solution alignment with business and compliance requirements.

Project Delivery & Governance

- Support Go-Live activities.
- Track change requests and manage requirement prioritization.
- Participate in UAT planning, defect discussions, and solution validation.
