Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare regulatory reports for submission to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and assess risks associated with financial transactions, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in risk management practices.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting / Risk /Finance .
- Solid understanding of Basel regulations- RWA calculations
- Knowledge of Treasury, Liquidity, and Risk concepts
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL or data tools
- Proficiency in identifying and assessing regulatory risks, developing mitigation strategies.
