Key Responsibilities:
1. Send consistent outreach messages and InMail's on LinkedIn and JC Trans to connect with agents
2. Pitching & Onboarding: Effectively pitch our freight forwarding and logistics services to international agents, handling objections, and successfully onboarding them as active partners.
3. Build strong relationships and onboard new agents
4. Follow up and convert leads into active business partners
5. Maintain records in CRM and report daily progress

What We Are Looking For:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
2. Solid interpersonal, relationship building, pitching and negotiation skills
3. Results-oriented and target-driven mindset
4. Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and JC Trans platform
5. Basic understanding of freight forwarding, air freight and ocean freight
6. Ability to use AI tools to draft emails in local languages
7. Self-motivated with basic MS Office, Excel and CRM knowledge
8. Candidate must be located in Coimbatore, India
