Title-Scrum Master with Teamcenter

JD-

Proven experience as Scrum Master in software product teams.
Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Hands on exp in Teamcenter/Windchill/ENOVIA/PLM/CATIA/CAD implementation
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), Project Management.
Ability to coach teams and resolve conflicts.

Facilitate Agile delivery across product and engineering teams building digital services and instrument software.

Coach teams on Agile best practices and remove impediments to delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.





Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban and Agile practices; foster continuous improvement.

Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.

Identify and remove impediments to team delivery.

Track sprint metrics and report progress to stakeholders.

Help scale Agile practices across multiple teams as needed.
Requirements

Proven experience as Scrum Master in software product teams, Project Management.
