Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst with experience in US mortgage compliance review, document verification, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, and compliance of mortgage loan files and related documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mortgage compliance reviews and quality checks to ensure adherence to compliance guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy and authenticity of loan data and supporting documents as per process standards.
- Identify and report compliance discrepancies, documentation gaps, and process deviations.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure zero compliance violations.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in US Mortgage compliance review, due diligence, quality assurance or quality control.
- Strong knowledge of US mortgage compliance regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Valuable communication skills
