About the Role

Were looking for a tech-first APM who comes from a strong engineering background and can build, not just manage. We need someone who is hands-on with systems, understands architecture,



and can leverage AI to build smarter products.

What You’ll Do

- Own and build product capabilities for Smytten Pulse AI
- Work closely with engineering on scalable, tech-first solutions
- Leverage AI/automation across product workflows
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Ship fast and solve real brand problems

What We’re Looking For

- 1 - 3 years of product experience (B2B preferred)
- Mandatory: Engineering background (Computer Science preferred)
- Strong understanding of systems, APIs, and tech architecture
- Exposure to AI / data-led products
- Builder mindset > stakeholder-only PMs
