Responsibilities
- Prepare credit appraisal reports and investment notes for structured lending deals.
- Evaluate business models, cash flows, DSCR, leverage, and working capital.
- Perform scenario, sensitivity, and downside analysis.
- Identify risks and structure suitable covenants, security, and repayment mechanisms.
- Present deals to the Credit Committee and support approvals and documentation.
- Work with founders, lenders, and internal teams to close deals.
- Monitor portfolio performance, covenants, and early warning signals.
- Support renewals, restructuring, and risk mitigation activities.
Requirements
- Experience in credit, project finance, or structured lending.
- Experience in NBFCs, banks, credit funds, or financial institutions.
- Mandatory experience in non-retail lending.
- Robust financial analysis and cash-flow modelling skills.
- Experience in credit appraisal and deal structuring.
