We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound IT Executive to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our sports-based company. The candidate will be responsible for handling system administration, network management, software support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments.

The role includes managing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data security, supporting ERP and inventory systems, and coordinating with vendors for IT-related services. The candidate should also assist in website management, email configurations, and ensuring proper functioning of billing and warehouse systems.

The ideal candidate should have robust problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks,



and basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor company IT systems and networks
• Install and configure hardware, software, printers, and devices
• Troubleshoot system and network issues
• Manage ERP/inventory and billing software support
• Ensure data backup and system security
• Support email, domain, and website maintenance
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Provide technical support to internal teams
