Job Description for ISC Developer:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.

• Develop and customize Identity Security Cloud connectors, provisioning workflows, and lifecycle management processes.

• Configure identity lifecycle events such as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML).

• Implement and support birthright access, role-based access control (RBAC), and access request workflows.

• Develop and maintain application onboarding, account aggregation, and provisioning integrations.

• Configure and troubleshoot identity profiles, transforms, sources, rules, and provisioning policies.

• Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, and cloud applications.





• Develop and maintain REST API-based integrations for inbound and outbound identity data.

• Implement access certifications, policy enforcement, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.

• Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, and connector-related problems.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and infrastructure teams to gather IAM requirements.

• Support production deployments, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.

• Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

• Follow IAM security best practices and organizational compliance standards.
