We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee (CA) to join our Internal Controls - Center of Excellence (CoE) team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a recently qualified Chartered Accountant looking to build a career in internal controls, risk management, and process excellence. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, testing, and strengthening internal financial controls and risk management frameworks across our organization.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Newly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Articleship Experience:



Hands-on exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, or IFC during the 3-year articleship period with a recognized audit firm.
- - Technical Proficiency:

- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an added advantage.

- Soft Skills:

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
